Customise Hamper

We provide replacement only for items damaged during transit, subject to verification.

🎥 A proper, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim. The video must clearly show the package from the moment of opening.

⏰ Damage claims must be submitted on the same day the parcel is delivered. Claims made after the delivery date will not be entertained.

⚠️ No replacement or damage claim will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Please record your unboxing video before discarding the packaging.

Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

As our products are customised and made especially for each customer, production begins after order confirmation. Therefore, please review all details carefully before confirming your order. 💕
